Meet Samantha

Reverend Samantha Caractor, often referred to by her pen name Samantha Helene C. is an ordained minister, author, coach, and speaker born and raised in NYC.

She graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A in Anthropology & Community Health in 2018. Shortly after graduation she accepted the call of God on her life and gave her trial sermon. A year later she accepted her certificate of ordination from her leadership. She earned her Master’s degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Marriage & Family Therapy in May of 2020.

She got her start in entrepreneurship in 2017 as a health and wellness affiliate marketer. In that arena she has had the pleasure of working with a few amazing mentors specializing in small businesses, startups, coaching, and speaking. After spending a couple of years in that realm of business and marketing, she went on a woman’s empowerment retreat with the intention of getting a vacation and tools to move further in her business. After a 6 AM visit from God looking out at the endless waves of the Atlantic Ocean, she got much more than she was expecting! As per God’s instructions, she took her experience, her story, and her testimony to share with the world as a coach, writer, and speaker for different populations of men and women!

She stepped out on faith to leave the health and wellness industry, released her first book, her podcast called Real Talk With Sam, and a ministry outreach called P31 TransFORMation. Within the first few months of the COVID-19 pandemic, started her own business called Sam Says Company which seeks to elevate the brands of non-profit organizations, small business owners, and birth authors!

Rev. Caractor continues to help men and women across the U.S. such as New York, New Jersey, Virginia, South Carolina, Michigan, Florida, and Missouri, and around the world in Africa and the U.K through one-on-one Christian Coaching and the services offered through Sam Says Company.

She continues to make it a point to learn something new daily, impacts her local communities through her podcast, writings, and speaking engagements.

Never in a million years did she think she could be her own boss and feel fulfilled by doing what she loves!

“I have spent years thinking and believing that the gifts I had on the inside of me was not worth sharing with the world. But once God unveiled the significance, the value and impact that they would have, I could not help but let my light shine! Do not let anyone dim or take your shine away from you, go after what’s inside of you, it’s the very essence of who you are!”
