Each session whether it be coaching or counseling is an hour in duration. An extra fee will be charged if the session goes over an hour.

Group sessions for bothing coaching and counseling are available to book in the Sam Says Co. store. For this service you may have up to four participants in this session. While a consultation call is not necessary for this particular service, after booking it is best to come in the session with an idea of some of the problems you want to address so we can dive right in!

The questionnaire is designed for Coach Samantha to get an idea of what your needs are ahead of time as to not waste any time diving into the issues you want to address and providing actionable steps. We recommend to complete the questionnarre as well as to book a free consultation call before booking a coaching session! The only exception to this are the group coahing and counseling sessions.
